There is still going on the UNAUTHORIZED AUDIO-VISUAL -cum- surveillance inside my room. For a period of 90+ days. It was made into a parallel REALITY SHOW.
There has also been systematic reminders to the fact that I was being watched. Especially from the laughter of approx. 20+ neighbouring flats. This has led to SEVERE TRAUMA.
Even a few hours of AUTHORIZED REALITY SHOW left Ms. Shinjini Sengupta paralyzed. Now, Think of it. 90+ days.
Everywhere I go I'm laughed at.

VAMSI, a few comments below has the balls to abuse the very agency, whose site he is blogging on. kailash dudhani is screaming his throat sore complaining about some cupport and threat to his life if his name is displayed. Well matter of fact he proudly displays the name in the message. hundreds of people seem to be almost begging to get into CBI, but in a forum which is meant to discuss something else. All this when the posts on this blog are moderated. Isnt that funny.. Come on CBI...You guys can do better than that.

Problem is - I am TRAUMATIZED.

Though CBI has been taking earnest efforts in preventing misuse of office by government officials, by the time some intervention is done by the CBI, the culprits managed to amass a lot of wealth. Now-a-days, they spend lavishly the ill-gotten money. For example, in an organisation where the officials have to undertake a lot of train journeys, they travel by ordinary bus or II class in train. but claim AC fare. So in case an individual claims about Rs.2 lakhs per annum towards reimbursement of TA, he could easily get Rs.1.50 lakhs just like that. The TA Rules of Govt. of India states it is sufficient to mention ticket number, but unless PNR number is mentioned it would be very difficult to detect fake claims. The Pay and Accounts Office people are ignorant about this. Similarly, AG audit people also remain silent while verifying TA Bills. I request you to alert the Union GOvt. to issue a circular that all officials should produce at least a xerox copy of the ticket along with their bills.
this will prevent corruption. There are organisations where people draw Rs.50,000 as tour advance and setttle the claim after six months without performing journey.

Whether CBI can register a case and investigate it under Prevention of Corruption Act when a merit list has been prepared by an Interview Board and appointment letter are yet to be issued ? A Petroleum company has prepared list and empaneled candidates for allotment of agency on the basis of documentary evidence and interviews and the officers have deviated from the policies and procedures and favored one particular candidate empaneling him first in the list. No letter of Intent has been issued yet. The officers have not rectified the list even after the matter has been brought to their notice. Whether a crime under Prevention of Corruption Act has been committed or CBI shall wait for the issue of LOI.

Mr. R L Gadkari who was senior police inspector at Wagle Estate Police Station Thane & who is now promoted as ACP to Nasik is a very corrupt police officer. He has paid huge black money while purchasing properties and shown the values at 10-20 % only against 100 % actual value. He is waiting for retirement which will make him free from this crime of unaccounted wealth , misuse of position , helping crime , corruption etc.

sir,I have worked as chief vigilance inspector/Engg at NER, GKP for two years. During that period i have investigated cases for more than one crore.I have 20 years of experience in several civil engg projects. During this period I have received two GM's award one of which was for best vigilance work.During my tenure in vig. some big officials were interrogated regarding tenders. The then CVO asked me to go on leave denying which I was repatrited from the NERly vig. org. Now whenever I am applying for the post of Insp.CBI or RSO-CBI, my application form is not been forwarded by the vigilance dept. of NER for causes not known. This is the reward I got for working honestly & sincerly keeping my life at high risk. I do'nt think I could ever join the CBI team.

There should be a mechanism to surpass the local agencies and State permissions for investigating anti-national assaults amounting to terror reign. SUch mechanism would help pin down the culprits in the system who sabotage the evidence ar local level.
In case Mumbai terror attacks there has been ample evidence of laxity and criminal negligence on the part of State officials and there has been multiple incidents of such laxity since 1993.
However; same rogues are investigating their own blunders. Kasab is a patriot of our neighbouring country and an identifiable enemy. However, these rogues in Mumbai Crime Branch and State home dept. are real traitors and need to be identified.
There was a specific info on 9th March; 1993; about the serial blasts to occur on 12th MArch. The informer was booked in a petty case and later booked in the blasts case. He was one Gul Mohammad.
AT the time of Kandahar hijack of IC 814; RAW had ripped Mumbai Crime Branch about terrorist acrs being conducted from a western suburb in Mumbai. AFter the release of passengers and of terrorists; then Dy. Cm of MAharashtra announced that he was appointing an annonymous IPS officer to investigate the lapses and there has been no result so far.
At the time of Railway blasts of year 2006 there was an info given by one Mushir Siddiqui of the terror modules to sabotage public transport system in Mumbai. This Mushir Siddiqui was booked under Arms Act and later discharged after the serial train blasts.
This rime too; three alerts sent by Cabinet Sewcretariat wewre ignored by the office of DGP and the CP Control room did not give any cover to the cama hospital police teams. There was specific info that one Addl. Comm. of Police Sadanand Date was injured and three officers were sent there in one vehicle. No back-up was given via remitting wireless messages; trhereby leaving the officers to their own destiny; a stone's throw distance from the CP office.
The cowards need to be jailed with KAsab and hanged with him.

but it has an oppotunity to remove this remark .
this is regarding mining and illegal cement hoarding ,
and manipulation .in karnataka.
in bellary , gulbarga there are mines .
mining is carried in govt and agri lands ,which is

there owners make profit but donot pay
the duty and taxes .
they bribe the concerned officials so that they donot take

banks , located in karnataka state and some

also take support of congress party, so that you do not perform
your duty .
but you have to decide what is important for you ,
bribe and support of any party for some gains or

cbi knows very well ,about all those thing ,but
now it should free itself from political influences and

with in few months these cement companies have
manipulated and created artificial scarcity ,to
increase the prices and have done so .
but this is causing prises to rise ,
which is an anti national activity .
well the cement companies located in north
karnataka ,gulbarga ,get raw materials and
labour cheap ,but increase the prises .
there are four cement plants in gulbarga .
they are hoarding the cement .
if you conduct the raids the reality will
come forward .
do not say that there is election .
if fact this is a good period for conducting the raids
as, the culprits are busy in elections .
rto officials of bellary and raichur are corrupt.
well at check posts they collect amount but give
no receipt .this amount is distributed among rto officials
and politicians of these places.
infact the amount collected at single check post and mining
sites croses a crore limit daily .
do not delay as the more you delay the more
damage is caused to the nation .

I request CBI to kindly upload the Judgement of the Hon'ble Designated TADA Court, Mumbai in the Bombay Bomb Blast. This would enable lawyers, students, academicians, etc to analyse the judgement with an acadamic perspective. CBI had in the past uploaded the entire judgement of the Purulia Arms Drop Case. I just got done visit the the website for CIA - of USA, and it has all the listings of positions available and requirements for each position. I think this will help an individual better understand the job structure and if they are willing apply for any position.

Hi all,
This is an awsome work. I often visit this site due to my association with cybercrime, cyber-forensics and hacking etc. There has been a refreshing change in the new design as compared to the earlier one. In fact, this is now better than FBI, the other site I visit often ;)
There is a downside too. There is a "for officil use" are on the site which has cerain security issues.
a) As per security rules, the change password option should be inside the login, not visible to the general public.
b) One of the pages, has a variable name set as a common one "get". One may exploit this further to download any file from the server. Not tested in detail though. This is a high risk issue.
Hope these issues are resolved immediately.

There is a suggestion , it would be really helpful if you provide step by step procedure which will be followed for internet related crimes to educate the public as this is new field field and people lack knowledge of how to go about reporting a cyber crime and its aftermath.
This way once people know the course of action or the path they would feel more secure and would have more faith in the system due to transparency.

Very good website , need some timely updations like few omissions and insertions in wanted list.It is quite outdated for example: Sher Singh Rana (accused of Foolan Devi Murder case) is still in that list.
But in reality, all knows where he is right now.
Being a primary investigative agency , CBI should update informations provided by itself on the public domain.
But again no one is perfect in this world, and there is always a hope for betterment/improvement.

A well designed website; needs to be updated regularly. The vacancy position and monthly performance (branch wise) just with figures may be uploaded.
A well designed site. However, the site can be further improved, technically by inserting 'keywords' in the header portion of the web page (I have only checked the HOME page). This would enable the website to fruitfully register and get listed with standard search engines/ directories.
