MD Ircon International - Mr Mohan Tiwari and his corrupt practices
I am from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Yes I do came to know about his matter too , from local rail industry people.
The South Double Track Project - Seremban to Gemas was given to IRCON by the Malaysian Government. Valued at RM3.48Billion.
Some civil works had started, currently word has it the Signalling and Sytems Tender will be floated soon. Among the bidders are reputable companies like Siemens, Alstom, Westinghouse and Ansaldo STS. Local companies such as Global Rail, Bumi Rail, and also expected.
But strong words suggest, the contract will be given to Ansaldo STS, who despite their problematic INTERLOCKING system, is sure bet to get this job too. As Ansalto STS had met Mohan Tiwari even hosted a dinner and some exchange was done.
Another company will get is little experience Lion Pacific from KL. This company is still new but IRCON India had promised and will give them the communication portion of this tender. Again money had exchange hands, Mohan Tiwari's name is common in Malaysian Rail circles, for getting this done by all kind of ways..
I am surprise how he was appointed as MD for Ircon, but then again....in INDIA this seems a norm, with corrupt officials heading government linked companies.
Well...just watch and see...I bet 200% lion pacific and ansaldo will get this piece of pie......

It is indeed a great news that the Multi Disciplinary Investigation Team have completed the investigation of one case of Satyam Scam within 45 days and filed the Charge Sheet. Really great work done by Mr. Lakshminarayanan, DIG and his team. I presume that this case was related to inflating the employees account ? Am I correct ? Any way this is a record that they have examined this much witnesses and also produced several documents as documentary evidence in this case within just 45 days. Kudos to the team. It is another feather to the Cap of the CBI.

The outcome of the investigation of Sikh Riot case against Mr. Jagdish Tytlor, after about 21 years is creating lot of concern about the nature of investigation done by the CBI. Many Sikhs and the relatives of the vicitims believes that the investigation was not fair and not done by the agency. They also suspect govt shielding the accused and the result has come at this moment because of the elections and to save the face of congress party and Mr. Jagdish Tytler who himself is a candidate of the congress. They also think that agency has not brought many witnesses, and evidences and also not considered several circumstantial evidence like ; his action of releasing the offenders from Police station, and his speech instigating the congress workers to attack the Sikh community.
I think this issue is going to create lot of problem for the investigating agency in the coming days. CBI should publish a white paper about it efforts, briefly covering the investigation result so that things will be transparent.

Recently IRCON International MD Mohan Tiwari, made some promises to a “party” in Malaysia for the South Double Track Project - Seremban Gemas, in south Malaysia.
Word has it..a sum of money had been promised by this “party” in exchange for the Signalling & Systems Contract. Word has it..some influential people from Malaysia had flown down personally to meet Mohan Tiwari in New Delhi.
This can be an embarrasment for India and Ircon if this issue is blown up. My source in Malaysia says, the Malaysian Authorities, namely the new Malaysia Anti Corruption Commission came to know of Mohan Tiwari’s meeting and dinner which was hosted by “this party” who is using money to clinch this contract. Investigations had started.
So looks like….IRCON will find itself in hot soup soon……….It seems Tiwari’s name is in circle in the rail industry in Malaysia after his recent visit to Kuala Lumpur….

Sir,
CBI like premier investigating agency is now facing problem may be due to poor investigation results in the conventional and other cases referred to it. Examples are Arushi Murder Case, Sister Abhaya Case, Nithari Case etc. CBI was unable to collect sufficient evidence against Panther, Arushi Murder case still dopping in the darkness about the main accused, Abhaya Murder Case (10 teams of CBI investigated but still not reached to a logical conclusion),etc. In the Mulayam Singh Yadav's DA case (CBI taking U turn changing their opinion several times according to the change of the political wind), also telling stories that there was spelling mistakes & calculation mistakes etc in the calculation of incomes etc. are really shame to the agency like this. Many ordinary citizen think that now a days CBI is being influenced.
Many people who used to support CBI for its impartiality also now showing their doubt about the credibility about many of these cases. CBI should do some sort of image building exercise, by way of correcting the mistakes, giving more training to the investigators in the conventional crime investigation, involvment of supervisory officers in the field investigation rather than working like post office may help to improve the situation. A good interface by the Information officer and Senior Officers of CBI with the media and proper media briefing will also help.

I have seen a report in the media regarding Andhra Pradesh Government's decision to hand over the case to CBI, may be due to the hue and cry in the media, AP Assembly and from various other places.
I have reasonable doubt about the intention behind the decision of Mr. YSR Reddy, CM to hand over the case now. I suggest the following :-
1. Please take over the evidence collected and other documents including Case Diaries,annexures to the case diaries, etc with utmost care and caution. Please remember how much problem you are facing now in Abhaya Murder Case in Kerala, regarding the digital records of Narcho Analysis, records of the post mortum report of the FSL, Kerala etc. It may take some time but a very detailed listing of the documents and case files is recommended for the safety of the CBI. Now the vested interest people may destroy some evidence and may show it as handed over to CBI.
2. Informal disucssions about the future plans of the CBI in the investigation with the AP Police CID may be avoided. Please remember that it is now may be the agenda of the local government to give all support to Raju in facing the investigation of the CBI. Steriotyped statements of the accus witnesses can be expected. There will be efforts on the part of State Police to show that they are always better than CBI.

Subject : Court Stritures on Passport case against the Inspector CBI
It is really shocking on the part of the CBI Court to pass a striture against the Inspector who has investigated the case because of the following reasons :-
1. CBI have a democratic process involved in the decision to prosecute according to the CBI Manual
2. This Inspector was supervised by various levels of Officers of CBI and the decision might have arrived at after the discussions at the various levels of CBI Officers and prosecutors.
3. Do the court mean that all such officials who involved in the decision of this case (inclduing the Senior CBI level officers who supervised this case) is responsible and should be prosecuted ? In that case how CBI can function ? Inference on a fact in issue may be different. You cannot attrbute corruption or unfair deal against the Inspector unless otherwise proved.
4. I refer the stritures passed in Priyadarshini Mattu case by one of the CBI court. The judge agreed that the court has sufficient cause to beleive the crime. But the CBI has not brought sufficient evidence. Very interesting if the court is convinced then what is the problem. These type of funny judges are shame for the judiciary. Probably these judges wanted to help the accused by blaming the investigating agency, who cannot fabricate the evidence. Circumstancial evidence also should be considered. proactive judge does not mean that they can say anything without thinking.
5. I appreciate the maturity and professionalism shown by the CBI Director who has not jumped in to action on hearing the stritures, rather took a very fair view. Kudos to the CBI Director.

I am referring a report in the web site and I Quote :
"CBI has registered four cases against Delhi-based Shamken Group of Companies and its Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), Joint Managing Director (JMD), Promoter Director, Director (Corporate Finance) who were controlling and managing the affairs of these companies for cheating Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) to the tune of Rs.9.56 crores; UCO Bank to the tune of Rs.10 crore; Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) to the tune of Rs.38.13 crores; and EXIM Bank of India to the tune of Rs.15 crores.
The CBI had earlier registered a Preliminary Enquiry, which revealed the commission of offences by the accused u/s 120-B r/w 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC and substantive offences thereof relating to cheating, criminal conspiracy, preparing false and forged documents etc. The CMD, JMD and Directors of Shamken Group of Companies, in connivance with other unknown persons during the period from 1996-97 and 2002-03 had obtained various credit facilities from the above Banks and Financial Institutions by submitting false and forged documents for obtaining Working Capital and Term loans worth several crores of rupees which were thereafter diverted and siphoned off causing the Banks and the Financial Institutions a loss of more than Rs. 300 crores.
Searches have been conducted in the official and residential premises of accused and incriminating documents and unaccounted cash have been seized. The cases are currently under investigation"
My Comments : Well done CBI authorities for registering a case. But one thing remains in this case is why CBI has gone for Preliminary Enquiry in this case ? Why a Regular Case was not registered in the first instance itself. Because your PE would have taken atleast 6 months, and there is no legal validity for such an enquiry in the Cr PC 1973. You cannot collect any evidence at this point of time legally. A case set in to motion, only when an FIR is filed on the basis of information. I personally feel that in this case a fast verification and thereafter element of surprise by registering the case on finding prima facie case and searches in their premises would have yield more incriminating evidence in this case. Your report suggests that incriminating documents seized and if it is true well done it is your luck. Usually any sort of PE give more time to the offenders in destroying the evidence.

In a dramatic move, the Company Law Board has decided to appoint 10 nominal directors for Satyam and barred the current board to function. The first meeting of the new board would meet in seven days and it will decide on new management. It means that Satyam cannot hold the board meeting which was scheduled tomorrow. Corporate Affairs Minister Mr. Prem Chand Gupta said the government is trying to locate disgraced Satyam chief B. Ramalinga Raju.
My comment : Raju is already there in Hyderabad and may be busy in destroying the evidence with his lawyers and busy in making plans to bail out. Late report says he has surrendered before the DGP of Andhra Pradesh. Where is a dramatic move here. Even now I think it is delayed in the red-tape and procedural aspects and govt has given good time for the offenders to destroy the material evidence available on records. Question is who is going to be the Directors, the government should put the real victims or aggrieved persons of this scam as the directors or at least their representatives along with the regulatory people should be the directors. According to me the Guild of the majority share holders Satyam should be consulted by the government before appointing somebody as the directors. Because they are the people who is going to loss the money.

Founder of beleaguered Satyam B Ramalinga Raju, along with his brother was arrested on Friday night, two days after making a startling disclosure of about Rs 7,800 crore (GBP 1114.29 MILLION )financial fraud in the IT company, within hours of the government disbanding the Board.
Comment : Actually he came and surrendered before the Police Director General. It shoud be investigated what he was doing all these days ? Destroying the evidences ?
Half a dozen lawsuits filed against Satyam in US
A new class action lawsuit was filed in the US courts today against Satyam Computer, against which already about half-a-dozen such suits have been filed on behalf of the thousands of the investors in the American Depository Shares of the Indian IT firm.
My comment : According to Harvey Pitt, Former Chairman, SEC, (in an interview to a private Television channel on 09th January 2009) there is basically a MOU and Pledged Joint Co-operation between SCC (US Stock Marketing Regulation Authority) and SEBI (Indian Security Market Regulating Agency). This is basically to protect the interest of the American investors in the Indian companies. So by virtue of this understanding SCC is also have the jurisdiction regarding the investigations of this fraud on Satyam. He told that SCC can assist SEBI, on investigations. The interest of SCC is that there is exposure of investment from the American investors on the American Depository Receipts related to Satyam. So any misrepresentation or wrong information to the investors of US market is fraud.
My further comments about the situation as per the information from the media are as follows:-
What are the allegations?
1. Mr. Ramalinga Raju’s confession of committing fraud to the extent of Rs. 7800 Crores of Rupees (One Crore is equal to ten Million) and so in terms of GBP it is about GBP 1114.29 Million fraud.
2. Mr. Raju allegedly instrumental in the decision of Satyam’s Board to invest on two loss making infrastructure companies owned by his two sons.
3. Involvement of the banks and alleged act of falsification of bank statements of Satyam to show rosy picture about the state of Affairs of the company by showing more interest income accrued in the Profit and Loss Account. Here the finger now also points to the banks who shown the falsified interest in their statements to show an inflated picture about the revenue of the company. Here they may take defense of Bank reconciliation statements to be prepared by the company and may put blame on the Auditors Price Water House.
4. Offence of commission and omission on the part of the PWH, Statutory Auditors of Satyam, who has failed to ensure an independent verification of interest, accrued. It is alleged that they have not done that.
5. It is alleged that even after confession of Ramalinga Raju about the fraud and prior to that about the investment in his son’s infrastructure companies by Satyam (decision of the board), the directors of the company completely supported the fraud of Chairman and not taken any action.
6. Satyam and Raju’s connection and closeness with the Congress government particularly the YS Rajasekhara Reddy’s government in Andhra Pradesh is an issue in the common man’s mind. Here the investigation is going to be done by the police of Reddy. How fair it will be?
7. There is no justification on inaction on the part of SEBI and the Department of Company Affairs on not handing over the case immediately and simultaneously to the CBI without waiting for the SEBI to complete the work. Now they are giving time for the Satyam management to destroy all evidence in the company about the scam. Where ever a police action is required it needs to be done immediately. It should have been a combined operation of SEBI and CBI. The lawyers of Mr. Satyam and Raju are not fools they will advise them to remove all incriminatory evidence by this time.
What are the impacts on this?
1. US Secretary can sue SEBI (Security and Exchange Bureau of India) and Satyam for giving misrepresentation about the company’s state affairs which leads to the American investors’ decision to invest on ADRs and other investment to Satyam.
2. SEBI is now conducting investigation on Satyam and Department of Company Affairs, Govt. of India is responsible for the investigation and fact finding. The Minister in-charge to a private Television channel has given some vague statement about this stating that he is waiting for the SEBI’s investigation and the outcome.
3. Price Water House, Auditors are now having criminal and civil liability like Arthur Anderson in the Enron. It is true that an auditor need not be “Blood Haunt” but they need to be a “Watch Dog”. In other words before declaring in their audit report that it shows the correct state affairs of the company, they should ensure that there are no omissions on their part and reasonable care and caution to be taken before preparing the Audit Report to the share holders of the company. If any doubt they should have submitted a qualified report.
4. CBI Director of India should start suo motto investigation on the allegation of banks involvement in falsification of documents to show more interest accrued because the public servants are definitely involved in this (if some banks are nationalized banks). CBI have jurisdiction in this. Bank Securities & Frauds Cell (EOW-IV) of CBI should start immediate verification of the facts and if they find any falsification of interest then there is involvement of bank officials in the frauds. Another point is that if they actually given more interest to Satyam than the actual accrued income interest then it is again fraud and loss to the bank and there is again a clear case.

My comment : It is a good move. But Mr. Parekh is not from a government agency nor represent the majority share holders is it not ? IIM – A professor is a public servant and probably a neutral person. What we are not playing one day international cricket for umpiring. My comment : A very good move and it should be done without any loop hole. It should be done by the combine team of SEBI and CBI like investigating agency. Dot Busters in New Jersey
The Indian immigrant community is about 15,000 strong in Jersey City, part of a much larger Indian community in northern New Jersey generally. But in 1987, a thirty-year-old Indian immigrant bank manager, Navroze Mody, was beaten to death by a gang chanting "Hindu, Hindu!" A group which called itself the "Dot Busters," which included local teenagers, had been targeting the hard-working community of Indian immigrants with low-level harassment for months. The "dot" referred to the bindi Hindu women wear on their foreheads.
In July of 1987, a month before Mody's death, a local newspaper called attention to the rising number of harassment incidents. In response, it received a letter, signed "Jersey City Dot Busters:"
"I'm writing about your article during July about the abuse of Indian People. Well I'm here to state the other side. I hate them, if you had to live near them you would also. We are an organization called dot busters. We have been around for 2 years. We will go to any extreme to get Indians to move out of Jersey City. If I'm walking down the street and I see a Hindu and the setting is right, I will hit him or her. We plan some of our most extreme attacks such as breaking windows, breaking car windows, and crashing family parties. We use the phone books and look up the name Patel. Have you seen how many of them there are? Do you even live in Jersey City? Do you walk down Central avenue and experience what its like to be near them: we have and we just don't want it anymore. You said that they will have to start protecting themselves because the police cannot always be there. They will never do anything. They are a week race Physically and mentally. We are going to continue our way. We will never be stopped."
In Jersey City, a few weeks after Mody's death, a young resident in medicine, Dr. Sharan, was assaulted by three young men with baseball bats as he walked home late one night. One of the young people yelled, "There's a dothead! Let's get him!" as they set out with their bats. Sharan was beaten severely and left unconscious with a fractured skull. He was in a coma for a week, in the hospital for three weeks, and suffered permanent neurological damage.
These incidents were a severe blow to the Indian immigrant community and jarred it into taking political action seriously. While the violence seemed to be aimed at the Hindu community, where the wearing of the bindi is most common, it is clear that the animosity felt by the Dot Busters was primarily racial, aimed indiscriminately at South Asian immigrants. A group called Indian Youth Against Racism (IYAR) based at Columbia University documented instances of violence against Indians in New Jersey and helped implement a series of educational programs on South Asian cultures for students and faculty at a Jersey City high school. The group also helped get a bill passed in the New Jersey legislature that raised the mandatory penalties for "bias crimes."
The perpetrators have been brought to trial for these assaults. The tough new anti-bias crime law was passed by the New Jersey legislature in 1990. But the attacks did not cease. 1991 saw 58 cases of hate crimes against Indians in New Jersey. In 1992, an Indian physician was hit on the head and sprayed with mace, and an Indian businessman was struck on the head with a bat.

The "escalation" took place October 1st, leaving one dead and one seriously injured. Mr. Mavron Mody, 30-years old and a manager of Citicorp Bank, had his car stopped by the so-called "Dot-Busters" (the reference is to the Hindu's pottu, the red dot on the forehead). Words were exchanged and an argument ensued. Mody was brutally beaten, fell into a coma and died in the hospital. Another man, Kausal Saran, 20, who was with Mody, tried to intervene in the beating and was himself attacked. He is in critical condition. The identity of the attackers is unknown and no arrests have been made.
The Hindu community reacted swiftly. Five groups-the Gujarati Samaj, Bharati Association, Mahatma Gandhi Association, Garden State Hindu Cultural Association and Baroda Association-banded together to form an ad hoc committee. Dr. Lalita Masson of Jersey City was made chairperson. She told Hinduism Today, "We are quite disturbed. A protest march was held, October 11, to send a message telling people that racism should not exist in the United States today. We have met with the mayor and the police chief-who will be marching with us tomorrow in protest, by the way. Also we have talked with the Federal Justice Department."
There is widespread media attention-national television coverage and articles in the The New York Times. New Jersey's governor strongly condemned the incident. Still she said, "One problem is that the police have made unjust arrests of our Hindu youth, rather than arresting the assailants. Fortunately, the higher police authorities are very cooperative. Also, we have been getting concerned calls from many civic groups in our area."

According to the 1980 Census, Jersey City is 28% black, 19% Spanish (largely Puerto Rican here), and 1% Asian Indian. In recent years more Indians have moved into the area, buying up businesses until they now own one out of three.
Wayne Plumstead, Pastor of the Christ United Methodist Church of Jersey City, told Hinduism Today that the incident's root cause was economic. The city has been changing rapidly in recent years, with rich people moving into new developments which had forced poor people literally onto the street. Indians were being targeted, as well as Koreans and some others, he thought, "because they had come to the town, worked hard and are now better off than people who lived here all their lives." "People are aghast at the incident," he emphasized, "This does not reflect at all the community as a whole."
"I think it is an outrage, a disgrace, the law enforcement should do a better job," said Rev. Grady Dale, Pastor of Jersey City's predominately black Cornerstone Church. He blamed jealousy of some sections of the population against the Indians for the problem and emphasized that he did not believe the gang involved was predominately black. Rev. Grady has no complaints against the Indian community, mentioning that his Indian car mechanic has always been friendly and fair with him. He felt the Indian community should have acted sooner, complaining more strongly to the authorities before things went so far.
When told Hinduism Today had heard some Hindus were leaving the community as they "had endured all they could," Ramesh Patel offered the following advice: "It is important to start a dialog among community leaders. The black community, I hate to use that word black, is the source of the troubles. Hindus have been fleeing such problems in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Africa, Fiji and other places. Running away is not the solution. For those who want to join CBI I would like to provide certain guidelines. CBI is the premier investigating agency of India, dealing with almost all kind of offences of national and international ramifications.
There are various levels at which one can serve the CBI in Executive Ranks. There are two major ways to join executive ranks in CBI:-
1. By way of direct entry:- i) At DSP level through Civil Services Exam. (induction takes place as per requirement of the agency); ii) Direct recruitment at the level of Sub-Inspector through Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exam. iii) At the level of Constabulary, for which periodic exams are conducted by CBI.
2. By way of deputation:- Induction by way of deputaion takes place at various levels. The organisation is joined by different IPS officers, IRS Officers, State Police and Central Police (like CRPF, CISF, ITBP etc.) Officers at senior level and also by various officials from such organisations at constabulary level.

A special CBI court has summoned a woman, allegedly linked to a gang involved in procuring fake passports. Additional sessions judge R K Yadav, also asked the investigating agency to lodge a criminal case against a CBI officer, who gave a clean chit to the woman. The Director, CBI is commanded to get a case registered against the guilty officer.,investigate and get them punished in accordance of law.This act was designed with an intention to save her from legal punishment,the court said, asking the CBI director to apprise it of steps taken in punishing the guilty officers.

Fake passport: CBI man in dock for clean chit to accused
The Ld. Special Judge, CBI has ordered for registration of a criminal case against CBI Inspectors, who defaulted in filing charge sheets or closure reports. It is presumed that before asking for registration of a case against the Investigating Officers, the Ld. Special Judge, might have enquired into the matter and then found only the CBI Inspector guilty in these matters.
The fact is that the decision making powers in CBI, to prosecute or not to prosecute a person in a particular case, lies with the senior and Supervisory Officers but certainly not with the Investigating Officers in any case. CBI Crime Manual, available on internet, says:
Para 10.28
After completion of investigation, the FR-I shall be prepared by the I.O. The Law Officer will give his recommendation through the FR-II. The Superintendent of Police would, thereafter, either pass final orders in respect of the cases within his competence or obtain orders from the Competent Authority by sending his recommendations to the DIG concerned. After receipt of orders of the Competent Authority, if it is decided to prosecute the accused, necessary sanction for prosecution u/s 19 of the P.C. Act,1988 and Section. 197 Cr. P.C., as the case may be, if any required, may be obtained by the Branch SP by sending a SPs Report and the relevant records to the Competent Authority. On receipt of the sanction, the Investigating Officer will prepare a self contained draft charge-sheet giving details of investigation conducted and evidence/charges against each accused person in respect of each allegation(s). The said draft charge sheet shall be vetted by the Law Officer of the Branch and the Branch SP and also by the DIG in important cases and would, thereafter, be finalized and signed by the I.O. and forwarded to the Court by the SP along with the statements of listed witnesses and original relied-upon documents/articles and the sanction for prosecution, under Section 173 Cr.PC. In cases where the sanction for prosecution is not required, the I.O. will proceed with the preparation of the draft charge-sheet soon after receipt of the orders from the Competent Authority and will take other necessary actions as mentioned in this Manual and the instructions issued from time to time.
Criminal Procedure Code, 1898 does not recognize any competent authority in decision making process. It gives powers to the Investigating Officer to investigate a criminal case and suggests as to what will be the rights and duties of an IO. Does it mean that the competent authorities described in CBI Crime Manual are not in consistence with the provisions of Cr.P.C. Or the senior officers in CBI play only advisory role. Are the Investigating Officers are free to take their own decision in finalization of a criminal case?
The Ld. Special Judge, CBI has straightway directed the Director CBI to get a criminal case registered against the concerned Inspectors. Just imagine the consequences, if the Director, CBI simply complies with the orders.

However, I agree with you partially. If one has to interact with the department or provide information, then only an open portal/forum like this can be the best option. This is because then anyone within the department, including designated personnel and moderators, can view comments and take action on legitimate requests/information. If, despite importance, no action is taken, superiors can view the forums and then question juniors about the same.
I hope you got my point.
Now second part: To the team investigating Aarushi Twin murder, I wish to remind that cyberforensics may provide a lead. If not done yet, Collect their computer and scan it for information/userids/chat/IMs/stored text/print/mails etc. I am 90% sure many things maybe retreived from therein.

Try flow analysis at the site where ashes of the girl have been suspended. I think there is firm reason to believe that the weapon and other belongings have been submerged there. scientific calculations might narrow down the search to a small area.

Nupur talwar is lying blatantly. as is obvious from the way she faces the camera

As you are going to retire in next few months i have few suggestions which i think will assist CBI in future :
1. There should be email id of top level officers visible to public. For example if i have some information which could be useful to CBI in a particular case then there is no means to submit it and the most important is that this mail should be opened by designated officer only or its higher authority.
2. As a general public i can not believe on your employee who is going to read this mail. There could be (must be) insiders working for criminals or who pass information to outsiders.
3. Actually the route cause of failure of Indian Intelligence system (CBI, RAW, IB or Others) is that they became white colored job. They believe that criminal or terrorist will come and provide details of their operation.
4.If you really want to benefit India then do not see politicians or government just take decision and execute it. India will not ask Mr. Shivraj Patil or shri Prakash Jaiswal that What they did for indian security system. India will ask to CBI director that what he did ?.
5. Hope within few days i will see email id of CBI director.

This is my open letter to all CBI executives.
Police has been made to investigate the cases directly reported or throuh public comments coming to its notice.
It is unfortunate that CBI has failed in mission and is acting like agent to Government of Staes and central governments.
What have you done in BOFORS case . What have you done in Bhoosa and chara case of Jharkhand and Bihar. What have you done in murder cases of various political leaders and goverment machinery officials.
YOu take example of NITHARI case. I understand many wtness are either killed anor get lost in money offered by opposite parties.
You must come forwards and work in timely fashion to come out with prosecution of right persons within time frame and if you are unable to do give them chance to recover from bad habits thru regular monitoring of their behaviours>
I personally lodged a complaint with EOW Departmernt of UP Police and no action was taken. This pertains to fraud transfer and theft of shares etc.
No action was taken despite clear evidences. Is it not corruption ?

With due respect ,in alwar city a nursing college affiliated with so called sant sukh dev shah institute of medical science is running since one year. Really it is an about 25 bedded nursing home with about 70%unqualified nursing staff eg.
(a)Qualified staff (indoor)

(b)Unqualified staff- some of them are nonmatric(indoor)
Saroj,Snehlata,Kesarisingh,Ravi,Devender,Shivsingh and Asha etc.
Is this nursing staff is appropriate and sufficient for approval of a NURSING COLLEGE or an INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCEINCE or a hospital or a nursing home? If not than how it is possible? If there is some mistake than who is responsible?

Now a day lot of forge educational institutes are growing in India. In this matter a hospital named “sant sukhdev shah institute of medical science” (SSSIMS) in Hindi “sant sukhdev shah ayurvigyan sansthan” is present at alwar, Rajasthan-301001,phon-01442332104.
This hospital also having a web site named www.sssims.com with a ‘donation option’. Most of the employ in this hospital are unqualified especially nursing staff and some doctors.
My summation is this, can any hospital declares itself as institute of medical science automatically or any permission is required from MCI or a future planning to be as institute (or medical college) is sufficient for nomenclature?
This hospital also running a nursing college with a hospital (sssims)having nonmatric unqualified staff.
In India is this possible? If yes than only the god can save us…..Please do something.

I am back today with a useful piece of information that IS FIT FOR THE CBI TO INVESTIGATE.Pl feel free to give it the shape of an "SIR" if you like. tHE INFORMATION IS REPRODUCED BELOW:----
"On November 29, the Maharashtra Government repealed the Urban Land Ceiling Act. The ULC forced any owner with land above 500 square metres to surrender this to the government for public use.
On November 30, NDTV.com carried an article which said that there are 200 plots in Bombay that have been moved from public use to private use. According to the NDTV.com report: "It's no coincidence that the civic authorities have just gifted several politicians' prime real estate through a backdoor amendment of the civic rules. Two hundred plots, earlier taken up for beautification, can now be commercially exploited."
"The sprawling 22,000 square meter playground in suburban Dahisar is where local schools hold their annual sports meets. But soon, on this maidan, there will be a club owned by a trust, run by a …. politician. What's worrying is that the Dahisar plot is only one of 200 plots that are going commercial."
These plots were originally for gardens and for schools but, in CY 2006, were given for adoption to a favoured few. The original rules did not allow any commercial development on these plots. However, an amendment to these rules said that any plot over 15,000 square meters can be used for a commercial development. But there was still the ULC, I guess, to stop anything from happening since the ULC covered all plots over 500 square metres. Now, the ULC has gone.
The NDTV.com report says: "Mumbai's open space is drastically shrinking and the biggest beneficiaries of this government move are several politicians…."
The NDTV.com report goes on to say, "If an amendment could be brought in to accommodate the plans of a few large plot holders, what's the certainty that it will not happen again for plots smaller than 15,000 sq metres also held by politically affiliated organisation?"
For us innocent citizens, the decision to do away with the ULC is being packaged as the one obstacle that prevented Bombay from receiving all the infrastructure money from the central government. And, yes, we are happy that it has been repealed. Just like the kids in USA who got all their Made-in-China cheap toys - a little candy to keep them quiet for those extra few minutes. A little candy that caused a nation to go financially bust. So we, the children of Bombay, get our urban infrastructure money at the cost of ethics and morals.
As NDTV.com says, "land grab is a slow but a well thought out process." The "invasive" species have won.

can i suggest to make the WANTED's PHOTOs to be posted as Thumbnail at the Home page of this site. it will make very helpful to people visiting the site to view the criminal's face and recognise it and help cbi to nail it.
also post success story of cbi official with their photos to boast the moral of the people and the staff towards the role of CBI.

We in INDIA, not running a killing squad. CBI and other organizations are to uphold our law and not to break them. The way you are suggesting to CBI is like Underworld DON ordering his members. It is not the way we respect our law. We should bring the culprits to the justice system, Not we or any organization takes them on our hands.
And CBI is not only looking into LTTE case, with the very comfort/safe the organizations like CBI/RAW/Police/etc provides us, we are leading a good and peaceful life in INDIA.
Please DONT underestimate our Organizations capabilities. Do read the role of CBI in cornering the LTTE members and bringing them to justice, just after the assassination.

It is well known that LTTE chief is enjoying life in Sri Lanka. Why don't you track and kill him with the help of RAW.

Can't you secretely enter Sri Lanka and take him with the RAW and other local assiatance.
